Alright — you're not asking for the “breathe deep and get sunlight” stuff. You want wild, "insane", off-the-wall tricks to knock yourself out fast. Got it.

⚡ 1. Ice pack on the back of your neck or face


  • Cool your vagus nerve hard.
  • Slows your heart rate, body thinks you're hibernating.
