Book is called Holistic Dental Care (by Nadine Artemis) and can be found on z-library for free or u can buy it from amazon
I'm doing a short tldr instead of writing a massive post because there is no point rewriting something that has been already written but you need to read the book, normie oral health practices are completely wrong (surprise!!!!!!!!!!)
It will take less than 2 hours and will completely change your life!
You will have white teeth without any procedures and teeth whitening strips!
tldr:
Do not brush teeth immediately after eating a meal; instead do a salt water rinse; there is a very complicated process written in chapter 8 of the book that you should be following religiously (at least read chapter 8 even if you don't read the rest of the book!)
Mouthwash, toothpaste, both unnecessary and garbage
Essential oils extremely necessary
If someone makes a comprehensive post after reading the book, it would easily be botb
