didn't alfaro chimpmaxx a few people too? how do you avoid this? do you have to tell the surgeon straight up not to chimpmaxx you or what. I'm a class 2 case like the girl in this pic.

That's what i am gonna do at least: expose my greatest concern (becoming a chimp), show the surgeon chimpmaxx results from this forum and other forums and ask if the planned movements won't make me look like that. I believe u can't make concessions when it comes to your face.
