if you want 12% bf you have more than 30lbs to lose

I lift 4 times a week for an hour,i train science based and im currently 172cm
Depending on your genetics you might gain a decent amount of noobie gains from your excess fat, however that being said you still probably have to get to around 150 or even 140 and lean bulk up from there

im doing progressive overload of about 1 to 2 reps pretty consistently on almost every exercise every session, what do u think my current bf% is?

Good work, keep going in the same direction and you'll be lean soon

10kgs in 6 weeks is great. If you want to be 12% bodyfat you have a lot more than 15kgs to lose tho. I'd guess you'll be 12% at like ~60kgs.
I have a friend of the same height, he is approx 12% bodyfat and been training for 5 years and he has what you'd call athletic build, he weighs 62-64kgs.

Don't chase specific number on the scale btw. Chase the look
