Based off of what you can see from the pictures of my eyebrows what would you recommend for a better look? Would topical minox be enough or should I also dye them jet black?

do what @ezranigger said, and take care of your eyebrows

pluck or cut the red marked brows away, youll look way better and your face sharper and not so dull.
