There are four features in the eye area that are simply crucial to having a good eye area.
The most self evident one is deep set eyes.
Protruding eyes will automatically drop you to 0/10 in terms of eye aesthetics. Ideally, you want your eyes to be well protected by your orbital bones; set back deep into your skull.
The solution to this is either orbital decompression surgery
Or a brow-ridge implant.

Secondly, you have large eyes. Men should have narrow eyes, a good PFW-PFH ratio is what creates almond shaped eyes rather than round eyes. Wide eyes is a big killer in terms of sex appeal.
Small eyes is a very important feature to have, look at the difference here.
Large, wide eyes give off a robotic, soulless expression or a psycho, crack addict look. Narrow eyes show an expression of alertness, vigour and focus; hence, why they are crucial in creating “hunter” eyes.
To solve a bad PFW-PFH ratio, you can either squint, or get a lower eyelid retraction. If your eyes are just naturally massive idk if there’s anything you can do, sucks to suck I guess.

Thirdly, the other important aspect of the eyes is simply having good ipd. Unfortunately, this can’t be amended.
The fourth feature is hooding. You don’t need an insane amount (no upper eyelid exposure at all), but enough to look healthy/normal.
To solve this you can either get fillers:

Or a fat graft.
Those are the big four in terms of eyes. If you have all four, then congrats, you have good eyes. If you don’t have all four, or if god forbid, you have the first two, kys.
Now I’m going to discuss things which can’t be changed, or are very hard to.
First is a neutral tilt. One disadvantage of neutral tilt is the shape of the eye.
You’ll notice that those with a neutral tilt normally have crescent moon shaped upper eyes. PCT acts as a buffer against this, creating a more desirable eyeshape.
It’s a small thing but the droopiness of the upper eyelid in neutral canthal tilt is something I find particularly unaesthetic.
Secondly, is the length of the eye. Specifically the two lengths on each side of the iris, the outer and inner canthus.
Bateman has eyes where the inner canthus is far longer than the outer canthus. Which makes his eyes look slightly off.
O’Pry has eyes where the inner canthus and the outer canthus roughly match, making his eyes look much more balanced overall.
On the other hand, you have this guy:
where his outer canthus is longer than his inner canthus due to stunted growth of his medial canthus.
Thirdly, @Kingkellz did a thread detailing masculine vs feminine PCT.

The thread was good, however there were a few things I disagreed with him on.
I don’t think Andreas eriksens medial canthus and eyes are ideal, the rest of his eye does not feed gracefully into his exaggeratedly downturned medial canthus. This is due to the fact that his eye is neutrally tilted.
Atesh Salih eyes are much more aesthetic due to the more graceful look he has due to his upswung outer canthus.
I also disagree with the fact that feminine PCT is not ideal, imo, it’s a very good feature to have.
EXTRA’S
Eyebrows and eyelashes can ascend your eyes. You can go from having a good eye area to great. Dark, thick and curled lashes combined with dark, thick brows can truly ascend your eye area.

For eyelashes use an eyelash curler and Latisse.
Eye colour is a halo which should be self evident to anyone with a brain. Blue eyes are undoubtedly ideal, and can halo against other shortcomings in the eye area.
An eye colour like this is ideal. Unfortunately, nothing can be done to change this.
