Can confirm: I've trash tier eyes (SUPER BASURA) but had a GODLY lower third from .Y (first surgery) and my eye area DID-NOT-MATTER-AT-ALL.

Lower third can save and ascend you HARD ... it's a make or break feature (my personal experience).
