FWHR is 1.83. Zygos aren't narrow I have a long bizyogmatic width. It's my bigonial width that is terrible + a narrow jaw. Maybe that is the main reason.

Same. I have 1.85 FWHR and 1.0 midface ratio but my narrow jaw gives me a horse face. I think ramus implants or chin wing would ascend us hard.
