It is not below average. Average colouring, some upper eyelid exposure, looks like an average palpebral fissure length. neutral canthal tilt, average PFL, looks like you might have a negative orbital vector but would need a side profile view to be certain. It won't failo you. A good lower third would compensate for sure.
