Eye area/ face overall

I’ve been recently looking for something to make my eye area pop out and I’ve stumbled across Volufiline, I’ve researched a little bit about it and it’s mixed emotions I’ve been saying as apparently it can add fat to your under eyes making them more deepset looking, I also have seen that they can make your lips bigger im not sure about wider, I could use some insight on if it’s safe or not because I want to remove my smile lines however I’m scared in case it creates a bloated look, if you can please do recommend better products for a better looking face that guaranteed work or something to make my eyelashes/eyebrows and eye area overall ascend, keep in mind I have a budget of £100, thank you.
