eye area HELP

i am 16 and i want to get an better eye area
my flaws:
recessed orbital bone
UEE
unsymmetrical eye shapes one almond the other one deer shaped eye
unsymmetrical thin eyebrows
not long enough eye lashes

my pros:
decent eye color
positive canthal tild

please give me sum good advice with no surgeries cuz im 16 rn

i started to use minoxidil to my eyebrows so it will take sum time to get thicker

give me sum tips how to get a better eye area
