Eye Area Help

I have been training my eyes to go from monolid to Double eyelid however I would like to ascend my eyes more. I already know the basics of like monoxidil, latisse, eyebrow shaping and stuff. I need help with what can I do other than those serums and stuff. I feel that my eye shape or orbital structure isnt that great.

Questions:
-Do I have too much UEE now?
-Is my orbital shape good?

Basically is there much I can do to my eyes without surgery outside monoxidil, latisse, and basic eyebrow shaping
