Eye area is fixable

Contrary to the general consensus the eye area is fixable arguably easier than the lower third as fat grafting can be used to get rid of upper canthal tilt and possibly scleral show to a decent extent. NCT will need implants but upper tier normies have some flaws anyways

What about neutral CT?
Wouldn't it make the eyes too small ? Also, does it give a kind of sloped forehead. Impact if the eyes are already hooded ?
