How do I tackle my undereyes? Is it mainly a discoloration issue, (can be minimized w skincare) or bone structure issue?

Just use minimal amount of concealer. If that doesn't help, do filler. If that doesn't help, get infra rim implants. If that doesn't help, seek wraparound double barrel implants.

It's either you have bad orbitals, or you have a genetic lack of fat and thin skin around your eyes which leads to discolored lids, or both

Did you check the images? If it's bad orbitals, can I conceal this? If it's the other, can skincare help?
