Eye area questions

I only really have 3 problems with my eye area. I have a slightly negative canthal tilt, so close to neutral that it doesnt really nerf my eyes that much, but still. I have a bad lateral canthus (litterally the worst thing since it nullifies my good upper eyelid exposure and downturned medial canthus) and medium arch on my eyebrows that fucks it up too. Im open to hardmaxxes too since ill probably do them when i get the money.
