First Image is probably a year or so old (right around when I started using minox on my brows), second is maybe 8 months, 3rd is about 6. Very high set brows, crippling negative canthal tilt and just a lack of overall brow density and shape.

(Recent photos) 1st is about 3 months old, second is from today. i think I've done a good job in managing brow density and shape, but i still feel like the negative canthal tilt is hurting me. Another concern of mine, which may be silly, is that I have to much upper eyelid fat, or atleast that I dont have the under eye support to match it, causing what looks like an indent to the outer side of my eye.

Overall just looking for opinions on progress so far and what the most optimal steps would be going foward. Open to procedure, however non invasive solutions are preferred, thanks guys.

Minox worked wonders on the brows, huge improvement from the first pics.
About the under-eyes: you're totally right, that indent on the side is mostly a lack of infraorbital support, not just eyelid fat. Weak bone there makes the negative tilt look way harsher.
Since you're sticking to non-invasive stuff, maxing out your skin quality with tret/actives is good to keep it tight, but let's be real—bone structure (NCT and infra recession) can't be fixed naturally. If you ever wanna actually fix it down the line, you're looking at fillers or surgery (like implants/canthoplasty).
Brows look solid now though, keep grinding.

Appreciate the response. Out of these, which of these options do you think would be the most reasonable for my situation?
