Do any actually work? Which ones are the most effective?

I need to fix lower scleral show mainly and some UEE, i have pct but if it can increase somehow then great

No exercise is going to address the actual reason for the issues mentioned.
Fat grafts, maybe PDO threads in theory, are going to be your most rudimentary step towards trying to mitigate scleral show.
