get good sleep to minimize eyebags, use minoxidil for you're eyebrows and use a lash serum for starters if you cannot afford surgery or procedures

everything is recessed and bone placement is terrible. get fat grafting, use latisse for eyelashes, hop on minoxidil as well. shape your eyebrows properly and get them lower set by relaxing your frontalis.
