My eyes have pretty big bags and my nose and mouth area has wrinkles, it makes me look too old, is this a cortisol thing?

Eyebags are caused by recessed infras the only fix is surgery and the lines next to your mouth are nasalabial folds which are caused from recessed maxilla/lack of collagen production/ to much fat in cheek area

it can be related to stress and cortisol, but it’s rarely just a cortisol issue.

Elastin → stretch and snap-back
Hyaluronic acid → hydration and volume
Fat pads under the skin → support

Wrinkles appear when these break down faster than the body can rebuild them.

Cortisol interferes with all four.
