My eyes have pretty big bags and my nose and mouth area has wrinkles, it makes me look too old, is this a cortisol thing?

Eyebags are caused by recessed infras the only fix is surgery and the lines next to your mouth are nasalabial folds which are caused from recessed maxilla/lack of collagen production/ to much fat in cheek area
