what's the minimum esr considered acceptable in a man (what i mean is you can still look good with that esr) ? and also is it always a synonym of a narrow skull ? my esr is really low (~0.435-0.44) and im not too sure about the narrow skull part because a lot of it comes from a wide bizygo width

if you have a perceived wide bizygo it’s probably cause of close set eyes, not the other way around
either way it changes from person to person cause everything else comes into play but i’d say a little above hypotelorism, to the point where your dorsal is atleast visibly separating the eyes

ur right yeah in some pics it does look like that but in mirror pics i feel like my zygos are still quite wide, the thing is i'll never get an obo cuz the risks greatly outweigh the benefits so the only option would be zygo shaving, would it still help a little or should i just accept that im doomed and try to work on everything else instead of hyperfocusing on eyes

dont waste ur time by looking at all my threads but basically in most of them this is the n°1 thing that came up, either ipd or esr was like a huge failo (ipd is ~64mm im pretty sure which is about average but since the overall appearance of my eyes is close set + lets say a realtively wide bizygo it just makes it look a lot worse)

but it’s not as bad as people make it up to be, the biggest problem you have which likely the cause of such close set eyes is your philtrum, not cause of the mouth’s position but cause your nose is too short, maybe a lip lift would help but i think a rhino with cartilage grafting would be better you also have very chapped lips bro invest in some lip balm

the long philtrum/short nose make my midface look longer which subsequently make my close set eyes appear even closer set if i understood correctly ?

yeah the lips were chapped cuz i just got home in that pic from very cold weather but i promise i do use lip balm every day and drink a shit ton of water to keep them clean and smooth

theres nothing you can do about eye spacing anyway so no point in worrying about it, maxx out everything else and you can still look great. grow your hair out and get a haircut similar to what barrett has. layered and textured covering the zygos

your eye spacing isnt death tier obviously unideal but your biggest issue is your skull being so big it makes your eyes look small

the reason these people look good despite having close set eyes(besides having other great features) is because they have smaller skulls which makes their eyes appear longer/bigger. You should def grow longer eyelashes to fraud longer eyes
