What are the eyes surgeries/procedures I could get with the best ROI for my case so I could fix my eyes? And I would also like to know if there is a better surgical alternative to orbital decompression since my eyes seem to pop out a bit too much. I was thinking about orbital fat decompression or taking some anti inflammatory drugs or drugs for thyroid eye disease because I am not sure if its only a bone related issue. I dont know how visible it is from the front but its clearly visible in the last two pictures I would also like some suggestions for a surgery for the upper eyelid for my left eye, the hooding seems weird and different, i do have less UEE but I dont like it. Please serious suggestions and advice.

your eye area looks great, balanced facial features, probably the best ROI and most realistic one would be fat graphs to improve UUE,

infraorbital and supraorbital implants are very hard to have done right and good looking and will have a much longer waitlist

Any alternatives for orbital decompression?

Any alternatives for orbital decompression?

the only actual alternative in making it look more deepset by extending the areas around it with infraorbital and supraorbital implants and fat grafts

a OBO is unfathomable to do for bulging eyes and will leave you functionally blind and beady eyed with little to no ROI, your IPD is good

Yeah I know thats why I wanted alternatives, I saw what Tufano went through. Thank you very much!

OBO and orbital decompression arent the same thing

Would orbital decompression be better if they removed only the fat around the eyes?

My only recommendation would be some brow botox done by a skilled plastic surgeon, not aesthetician. If done well it can bring the brows down a bit more. See this thread to understand that I mean.

After that, you could decide if you want to add more " mass" to that region through fillers or fat graft.

Eyes aside, your main failo is your upper lip. Perhaps an upper lip lift is needed.

Post a side pic from 90 degrees if you want opinions on orbital decompression, we need to see the orbital vector. But you don't at all look like a candidate from the front, more like fat grafts

Yeah I have been thinking about a lip lift

Infraorbital implants, canthopexy and infra, supraorbital fatgrafting

Hope this is good
Bro you don't need orbital decompression :lul: not even close to being a candidate.

Don't even listen to people casually telling you to get infra implants, it's not a given that implants are indicated the moment you have some deficit under the eyes. You do need some volume above and below the eyes, so filler or fat graft. You can look into supraorbital and infraorbital fat grafting.

You can do some kind of lower lid work at the same time as fat grafting with an oculoplastic surgeon. Consult some and see what they say.

Canthopexy isn’t permanent though, should I do canthoplasty instead?

The only difference between the two is one can be reversed and one cant but both are permanent

It's not like there's no other difference, the main difference is that canthoplasty is capable of a much more dramatic change and is also much more invasive. Canthopexy is minimally invasive and usually has little effect when done by itself.

What do you want either for, what change do you want to your eye shape?

I want them to look attractive. A more positive canthal tilt would definitely be better but I want them to be more deep set

Yeh I know that but its permanent to but can get reversed

But in his case a canthopexy is better

Cantho is not what will give you deep set eyes. Deep settedness is about the relative position of the eyes to the surrounding face. The way to make the eyes deeper set is by either pushing them back (orbital decompression) or bringing the surrounding face forward (fillers, fat, implants, higher level leforts). In your case, fat/filler.

But in his case a canthopexy is better
I mean if it's about the little lid sag he could do lower lid retraction repair (but without spacer graft as he won't need that much elevation). But maybe pexy for a slight PCT.

But I don't think these would be wise, he should do some supra and infra fat and call it a day or at least do that first and reassess, not like he has a bad eye area that requires lid work asap.

Well I want my eyes to look attractive. If my ct isnt positive enough then I would get a pexy as well

Show eye fron side

Fat graft into infras, supras, browridge, upper lip with a canthopexy and optionally a lip lift and ur chilling

does anyone know if canthopexy can actaully change the canthal titl?
i ask google and it says it just fives the lower drooping eyelid
@Legend08 can you look at my eyes and tell me if i need pexy or plasty please? i will dm you

You don’t need orbital decompression, a canthopexy and upper eyelid/lower fat grafts would help. Your eyes are deepset enough but you have a negative orbital vector, which infras and fat grafts would solve.

Imo, your eye area is solid but your lower third could be improved. Your lips are thin and your gonial angle is unideal.

Besides a lip lift what else could I do for my lower third?
