Eye surgery’s before bimax?

Seeking out advice on wether or not procedures such as fat grafting, canthoplexy / canthoplasty can be done before a bimax?

I’ve included my eye area below (brutal Ik). Also curious what you would do to this eye area if god gave you this…

Its still saveable. Cantho and then lower eyelid retraction and if you are gonna do fat grafting do a infra implant as well.
