Eyearea softmaxx (dyeing)?

Saw in a guide before to dye eyebrows dark brown / black for more definition, then dye eyelashes dark blue (or purple)?
Is it the other way around (blue on eyebrows black on eyelash)or something?
Will this still have an effect if I already have really dark hair?

no its not like bleaching it and dyeing it purple so it looks like this shit

its like dyeing for contrast you don't make it white first you just add it so it looks darker idk

I don’t know man I guess you can try doing it but I’d just stick to all black dye just to be safe and not fuck anything up
