They are itachi lines, they usually come from recession/poor fat pads.

You usually some form of fat grafting/implants.

You seem young enough that 9-10 hours of a sleep a night could help.

I temporarily have these lines on isotret, it thins the skin and makes my under eyes look similar.

Bb cream is usually enough

Beauty of joseon is the one I like to use its pretty inexpensive and lasts awhile

I’m not even sure if you are recessed.

A good way to check is to stand straight and put your finger where the red line is, if it your finger tilts back you have negative, forward positive.

Tinted sunscreen is kinda shit imo, just use a SPF PA+++ and some BB cream for the under eyes and that will be enough.

Dehydration can cause eyebags drink 3-4 liters daily. If nothing helps fraud it with concealer or get surgery.

That might be it I drink like 2 Cups of water a week
