Eyebrow density growth

If I were to use minoxidil, or eyebrow serums to grow my eyebrows denser, would they go back to normal after I stop using it?
And what’s the best way to grow denser eyebrows for someone with black colored eyebrows and mild lack of density?

Minoxidil with dermaroller. If that doesnt work, use an eyebrow pencil to make it more defined, or eyeliner. If its so chopped, consider a eyebrow transplant
