Eyebrow lowering

So basically the doctors perform eyebrow lowering by making a small incision above the eyebrow, carefully removing or repositioning a thin layer of skin and sometimes underlying tissue, and then reattaching the skin so the eyebrow sits slightly lower.

What do u guys think of this?
