Eyebrow transform from arched to lowset and straight. Advice

I have genetically arched thick eyebrows that I want to turn to straight and fill out under the arch so they are more low set and then trim the top. How do I go by achieving this? I'll attach a pic of my eyebrows naturally and then how I want them to look by pulling the skin down. I do have baby hair under the arch so it is possible to grow I think, however I'm on the fence ab minoxidil due to skin issues and other side effects I've seen. Please give advice

1. Buy a tooth brush and brush them downwards

2. Shave the top

3. Get a micro-needler and topical minoxidil to try and add volume (more volume = more to brush)
