Eyelid asymmetry and eye size difference

about four months ago, I had a reaction in my right eye only, this caused it to shrink in size aswell as causing the upper eyelid to become larger due to me constantly rubbing it, this greatly reduced my symmetry aswell as my eye area in general as it looks like one eye is more hooded than the other. Luckily I have a positive canthal tilt so it doesn’t really look too bad but if there is any way too fix this please say.

It is probaly bc ur eye sight on the eye that is smaller is better then the one that is bigger, it gets bigger to compensate im pretty sure, so glasses or idk eye training(fact check im not sure)

I don’t think that’s the problem because they were originally the same size but due to rubbing one too much it has affected the size

Well u might have damaged the bigger eye causing that to happen but it isnt noticeable so just concentrate on other things
