Eyelid asymmetry and eye size difference

about four months ago, I had a reaction in my right eye only, this caused it to shrink in size aswell as causing the upper eyelid to become larger due to me constantly rubbing it, this greatly reduced my symmetry aswell as my eye area in general as it looks like one eye is more hooded than the other. Luckily I have a positive canthal tilt so it doesn’t really look too bad but if there is any way too fix this please say.
