Is there any way to gain eyelid fat and get a more netural upper eyelid angle?

I do have kinda alot of fatty uper eyelids but the angle of the ue is kinde downwards tilted

You could try facial exercises but they are mostly cope unfortunately surgery is pretty much the only way eyes are 99% genetics
