I have frinend that i rate around low tier HTN. He has ok tier eyes in motion and decent jaw with beard.

Today he posted pics on instagram.

His eyes look like absolute dog shit, its very buggy and it looks like he suffers from a disease that makes him exausted. Like chemotherapy.
