eyes are more important at making a person pretty, beautiful. handsome etc.
jaw is more important for overall facial proportions and not looking subhuman. but you cant really have a pretty or handsome jaw

eyes and mouth are key in making a person pretty as they are the landmarks of expression. therefore in motion when you smile, laugh, frown , any sort of expression, you will get a halo if you have handsome eyes and nice mouth (caused by ideal mandible maxilla relation, lip proportions and teeth), etc.
