EYES TOO CLOSE SET and what should i do? (other flaws too)

I have close set eyes I believe here are my measurements:
ipd: 60mm
icd: 28mm
pfl: 30 - 31mm
esr: 0.42 - 0.43

my mfr is ~0.97 - 0.98

mostly i believe my main issue is my eye spacing and I was wondering if I could do anything to hide it (one obo please!). in all seriousness, im only 16 so I dont want to get surgeries (cant afford and dont want to do anything harsh) atm. if you notice other flaws (like my big ears), please could you address them.

i mean ive seen way worse ears but if u rrealy dont like it u can eaily put hear over the top of them and it makes it less noticable
