how do i fix this bro it’s been like this since i was young is it recessed infras or do i need better sleep or is there smt i can take to fix this

if you're taking about the undereyes, it's bones. There is not enough support for your soft tissue, that's why those lines form. There are some copes you can try but the only true solution is growing bone (which if it's been like that since forever is likely one of your genetic limitations) or implants

it’s honest gotten better but still i wish it looked normal so you think there’s nothing other than implants i can do

I guess you could do like volufiline but even that won't give proper nor permanent results. There's no way to go around it, you need support. You could try bonesmashing (I do it in my infras even though I don't have bad undereyes) but nothing will give you the results surgical intervention can. And if you decide to get surgery once you turn 18, make you do it properly, don't just go with the first surgeon and implants you find, that's when botches happen
