you could use oral minoxidil for both lashes and brows but it can bloat your face up bad
latisse can be used on ur lashes but misapplication (i.e., getting it on your skin near your eyes) can cause orbital fatloss which is real bad.
topical minoxidil of your eyebrows is 100% fine though
