if you are only 15 you need to get off the hardmaxxing threads right now because your skull is nowhere near finished growing. your orbital bones, maxilla, and zygos are still actively shifting, and getting obsessed with permanent surgeries at your age is just a fast track to ruining your mental health. at 15 your entire focus should be on basic lifestyle optimization to let your natural bone structure reach its genetic potential. fix your sleep schedule completely because deep sleep is when growth hormone peaks, and chronic sleep deprivation causes fluid retention and low-level inflammation that gives you permanent dark circles and puffy eyelids. clean up your diet by cutting out high-sodium fast food and processed garbage that makes your face hold water and bloat around the eyes, which completely hides your natural orbital rims. get a simple skincare routine with a gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and daily sunscreen because uv damage thins the skin around your eyelids incredibly fast and exposes blood vessels underneath, making you look hollow and aged way too early. above all, do not touch sketchy forum trends like bonesmashing or untested supplements because you will literally just fracture your face, cause asymmetric scar tissue, or give yourself permanent nerve damage. just keep it simple, let your face mature naturally over the next few years, and re-evaluate things when you are closer to 18 or 20.
