The human body has 3 weaknesses: the groin (femoral artery, balls and cock), the abdomen (big area without any bone), and the neck (bresthing, blood flow to the brain).
Good posture consists in protecting these sports. Contracting the abs will prevent anterior pelvic tilt and protect your abs and expose then less, chin tucking will hide the neck mode and contract it thus protecting it, and a slight internal rotation of the shoulders will put your arms in a better position to readily defend your groin, abdomen and neck and make your frame wider.
