It depends, if you've been sleeping on one side for a while, then sleeping on your back will reduce any one-sided puffiness/swelling you would usually get by sleeping on one side. But if your asymmetry is because of your bones you can't really fix that without surgery.

If I were you I'd try back sleeping and chewing on both sides for 3-6 months and take progress pics to track any results. Also another thing I'll add is your asymmetry isn't that bad. It's normal for most people to have minor asymmetries in their face, and no, you don't look like a banana.

everyone has a asymmetrical face to some degree what you should do is turn off mirror front camera and get used to your back camera face when you do youll find your best angles and then youll notice that the asymmetry you used to focus so much on is basically not even that bad and everyone else has it one more benefit whenever you go outside to take pics youll be able to do it easily if you get used to your back cam face

thanks so much, im gonna do this. also i have question about sleep on back, i was sleeping on my sides all life and also while sleeping i change sides 15 times and its hard to tell which side i was sleeping more, i cant sleep on my back do u have any advices? and also on second photo i dont look that bad its prolly my best photo but normally i think my asymetry is big and all my facial aspects are recessed/asymetrical so it can be bone problem.

swear on god that this happens to literally every person but do one thing take a picture of someone with back camera look at it closely and ull notice you dont feel the same effect as you do with urself, and thats how everyone else sees you no matter what you look like youll look the same to others back camera or front, also nothing changed in your face you have the same eye area same jaw same nose etc its just the picture flipped its not like your bone structure changed take my advice youll be very thankful when you get used to ur back camera face and understand which angle looks the best on you

If you can't sleep on your back, try sleeping on each side, alternating every night. Like for example, on Monday you fall asleep on your left side, on Tuesday you fall asleep on your right side, Wednesday fall asleep on your left side, Thursday fall asleep on your right side, and just keep doing that - alternating what side you sleep on every night.
