Should my face be bloated as shit after chewing heavy gum?? Growing my masseters a bit would benefit my facial structure a lot, but I don’t want my face looking fat as fuck. The bloat doesn't stay, but I wanna be safe

excessive gum will lower test and there is sodium which could lead to facial bloating

Seems like a lot of people post about it, and yet no one actually has an answer. When I chew normal gum it’s fine but when it’s super hard gum and my masseters are on fire my face is bloated as shit.
