I did buccal fat removal with Lipo vela some time ago, my face didnt swell a milimeter. Thought I was retarded, but I tried bonesmashing last week and my cheekbones had no fucking changes, even tho I popped some vessels and got discoloration. I looked it up online and nobody knows wtf is up
