Face drooping or other side is stiff

Whenever i show my teeth one side shows more of lower row of teeth than the other, Anyone know what can cause this. I have a BJJ injury on my left side of the neck that wont go away and it hurts when i look up and tilt my head on that side, its like a small muscle that goes from the neck to the traps.

I did he just cracked my neck and put some needles in it, then he told me i have muscle asymmetry wich i am trying to work on by doing unilateral excersises
