obviously do obese people just have extremely defined zygos with no fat covering them with fat everywhere else? like no shit getting leaner will make your face a bit narrower

Yes, but I am more so asking because I am like 20% body fat so would it still make a change to these ratios leaning down to like 12%?

Yes but even if your face gets narrower and your ratios become worse your face would still look better overall
