Mouth width

I have a narrow mouth , is there any way to make it wider ? Some say marpe helps but I really don’t think I can use marpe cuz I already have wide palate. Also my nose is really not slim it’s a bit bulbous my lips are slightly wider than my nose . Should I get rhino instead

I meant mouth width to nose width ratio , if my nose gets slimmer my mouth will seem wider than it is
