How do i remove fat from my cheeks if I'm skinny and i still got face fat even though i don't have any type of fat under my chin my cheeks are like full and my ogee curve is genuinely bad

You are still a kid of course you have chubby cheeks, your face wont completely chisel out until 23/24 for most guys. Just focus on growing your skull in the meantime.
