Face fat/bloating

Currently weigh 145lbs at 5”9 18

I have a baby face for my age and face cat
My face is very bloated and wondering if losing weight is all I would need to do or if they’re other softmax or hardmax i could do

I started taking hgh at 2ius daily to max out my potential

I naturally nose breathe and had a pallet expander for braces as a kid i also eat a clean diet and started working out
