In the selfie im slightly sucking in cheeks how much more weight should i lose idgaf abt being a framecel im workin on it.

Unfortunate. Be grateful you only have a small dent in your sternum, you could literally eat cereal out of mine from how deep it is :feelsbadman:
Worst genetic thing for body. People will never understand our pain. Trust me when i say this mine was deep like that too. Wide pushups help a lot if you have time try it out. Spam them it will change everything.

So true brother. It's not talked about a lot but it's terrible to live with. I've heard of some these exercises pushing the breastbone out further. Thank you for the advice G 🙏

For sure bro, and also if it gets worse dont hesitate to go to the hospital brother. There are ways to fix. One way is the metal pole but only if needed. Health is important goodluck bro 😎

Start off with 30 lbs and see if you like the results. If not, keep cutting. Make sure you're losing fat, not muscle

There’s probably another 15-20 ish pounds you can lose before it’ll start hurting you since getting to skinny hurts your hormones
