Face Fat

Is it possible to regain fat in certain areas of the face?
Everything looks better but my eyes. I use to have aeygo sal like chicos with extreme canthal tilt.
Could eye cryotherapy get that fat/muscle back?

I've heard putting ice in eye area makes it more full overtime
