How can i lose face fat, its my biggest op.

Ive started cardio again and that will help some, as well as gua sha for the lymphatic system.

Besides cutting sodium for water retention what can i do?

if your bones are shit you still wont be angular tho

Face fat drops with total BF no shortcuts. Stay in a consistent deficit, lift to preserve muscle and use cardio to boost output. Prioritize sleep! poor recovery = cortisol = facial bloat. Stay hydrated to flush water retention. Minimize processed food, sugar AND alcohol (heavy one ts one) to reduce inflammation. Mouth breathe less, fix posture, and keep tongue on roof of mouth it subtly improves facial structure over time. Chew real food, not gum it naturally trains your masseter. Gua sha helps with puffiness, not fat.

Hi, Chewing Gum(localised FAT BURNIGN does work to an extend), Calorie deficiit and Icing your face (all worked for me)

if you’re very young you can just have bad fat distribution and carry a lot of baby fat, if you are well developed however, and have good bones, literally just going in a caloric deficit and doing more cardio (low intensity cardio is good too) should work great
 
Gua sha is just a stone it wont do shit. And you can pretty much cut down all the way to 135 lbs depending on the age tho could be babyfat
