really? is he right about rhino & fat grafting tho? rehab said rhinoplasty is very low risk but this guy said mid risk

Depends on what you need for nose, but its one of the easier surgeries to botch aesthetically. And if you want a less bulbous nose its higher risk to botch functionally. Fat grafts is low risk

fat grafting might be one of the best things out there soon i will be getting fat grafting in uee to fix the excessive exposure issue .
